James Peters has extensive experience in business operations and management, currently serving as the Assistant Executive Director of Business Enterprises at The Arc, Oneida-Lewis Chapter since April 2015. In this role, James has also held titles such as Director of Business Operations and Production Director. Prior to this, James worked at F. E. HALE MFG. CO. from November 2008 to April 2015 as a Design Engineer. Earlier experience includes a position as Construction Services Manager at Hepworth-Pawlak Geotechnical, Inc. from March 2000 to June 2006. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geology and Environmental Science from Hartwick College and completed a leadership program at the Center for Leadership Excellence at MVCC.
