Sofia Mier is an accomplished Project Manager at the Cesar Chavez Foundation, where responsibilities include coordinating asset acquisitions, managing lender and investor relations, and overseeing multiple development projects. Sofia has previously served as an Assistant Project Manager, where support was provided to project managers in various departments. At the University of Redlands, Sofia worked as a Peer Career Educator and as a Student Advancement and Annual Giving Caller, guiding students and alumni while facilitating engagement. Sofia also gained experience as an Event Coordinator for the SANTA ANA KIWANIS CLUB FOUNDATION, contributing to event planning and budget management. Sofia holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Redlands.
