Omar Naguib's work experience includes roles in various projects and positions. Omar started their career as a Site Engineer at Kharafi National in 2007. Omar then worked as a Maintenance & Logistics Manager at The Arab Contractors from 2008 to 2012. After that, they joined Al-Khaldi Holding Company as a Maintenance Service Advisor from 2012 to 2014, where they developed a maintenance system for efficient truck maintenance. Omar later returned to The Arab Contractors and served as a Project Manager for various projects, including the National Project for Grain Silos from 2014 to 2017, Metro Line3 Phase 4B from 2017 to 2020, Adly Mansour interchange Station Hub Space Truss from 2020 to 2022, and the Electric High Speed Rail - Green line from 2022 to present. In these roles, they were responsible for managing project execution, developing strategies, and coordinating with stakeholders. Omar achieved success in enhancing maintenance effectiveness and fostering client relationships.

Omar Naguib holds a Master's degree in Industrial & Management Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. Omar also has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Zagazig University.
