Rami Paavilainen began their work experience in 2020 as a Site Supervisor Trainee at YIT - Urban developer and construction company. Rami continued in this role until 2022 and then became a Site supervisor trainee at the same company. In 2022, Rami Paavilainen joined Tampere University as a Master's thesis worker and worked there until 2023. Currently, they are working as a Project Engineer at Welado.

Rami Paavilainen pursued their education at Tampere University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from 2018 to 2021. Building upon this foundational knowledge, they furthered their studies at the same institution to pursue a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, starting in 2021 and expected to conclude in 2023. These educational achievements establish Rami Paavilainen as a dedicated and diligent student in the field of Civil Engineering.
