Amber Warchol, aPHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at The Advance Group Staffing, where responsibilities include administering employee benefit programs in compliance with COBRA, DOL, IRS, ACA, HIPAA, and FMLA, as well as restructuring New Hire Orientations for improved efficiency. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Specialist and Coordinator at Libbey, where Amber assisted numerous associates daily with inquiries and coordinated onboarding processes. At Surface Combustion, Inc., Amber updated HR policies and developed career progression matrices, while earlier roles included document redesign and personnel file management. Amber holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Organizational Leadership and Management from The University of Toledo, complemented by pre-accounting coursework at Owens Community College and an Honors Diploma from Genoa High School.
