Lieselot Van Dievel is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and coaching. At United Consulting™ from November 2022 to September 2024, Lieselot held the position of Senior HR Consultant and successfully led recruitment projects for Albert Heijn and PostNL België, as well as serving as an L&D Officer at Agidens. Prior to this role, Lieselot was a Recruiter and Job Coach at Solvus from January 2021 to November 2022, and a Recruiter at SD Worx Staffing Solutions Belgium from September 2019 to October 2020, where responsibilities included candidate recruitment, client relations, and administrative tasks. Lieselot also served as a Job Coach at Solvus from September 2017 to August 2019, providing individual guidance to job seekers.
