Grace Lam is a seasoned professional in business readiness and organizational development with extensive experience at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation as a Principal Business Readiness Analyst since September 2023. Prior to this role, Grace spent over a decade at the City of Sydney, serving in multiple capacities including Senior Organisational Development Advisor, Organisational Capabilities & Change Management Advisor, and Business Analyst.
