Jan Boula is an experienced professional in digital identity and security, currently serving as the Validation/Integration Team Lead at Thales since April 2019. Responsibilities include leading a team specializing in the integration and quality assurance of solutions for the government sector, particularly focusing on Thales smart card products such as e-Passports and e-IDs. Prior to this role, Jan has held various positions in system integration at Gemalto, application support at DHL IT Services, and local information systems roles at Amgen, Valeant Pharmaceuticals, PharmaSwiss, and Cheops s.r.o. Early career experience includes PC support for the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic. Jan holds education credentials from Varnsdorf, where studies were completed between 1998 and 2002.
