Danielle Berto currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Thales, beginning in June 2023. Prior to this role, Danielle was with Meta from November 2017 to April 2023, where positions included International Recruiting Manager and EMEA Recruiting Manager, notable for establishing a hybrid team for executive leadership hiring in APAC and leading DEI hiring strategies. Earlier experience includes roles as Talent Acquisition Manager at PageUp, where the team expanded significantly, and as Recruiting Lead at Cotton On Group. Danielle's career began with various recruitment and HR roles, including positions at Korn/Ferry Futurestep and Allens. Educationally, Danielle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts from Monash University.
