Franck Soulabail has extensive experience as a Field Support Engineer with Thales Defense & Security, Inc. since October 2019, focusing on maintaining and troubleshooting Thales equipment for aircraft and ground support systems. Previously, from January 2005 to October 2019, Franck worked at Thales, managing In-Flight Entertainment & Connectivity systems in Oman and contributing to various engineering projects across the Middle East, including system design for access control systems and operational support for the Dubai Metro. Franck's roles have encompassed customer relations, technical support, quality control, integration, and system validation, showcasing a strong background in both field engineering and system engineering within the aviation and transportation sectors.
