Dwayne Aikens has extensive experience in the healthcare and military sectors, currently serving as a Program Support Assistant for the Florida Department of Veterans' Affairs since November 2013, where responsibilities include utilizing health informatics and telehealth technologies to enhance veterans' care. In addition, Dwayne works as a Telehealth Clinical Technician for the Department of Veterans Affairs, facilitating clinical video presentations between patients and doctors.
