Howard Seares has a diverse work experience. Howard started their career in 1958 in the US Army, serving as the 101st Airborne till 1962. After that, they worked as a District Manager in United Mercantile Agencies from 1985 to 1988, where they coordinated regional sales and field collections. Following this, they joined AG Adjustments as the VP - Sales from 1989 to 1994, where they focused on maintaining relationships with major accounts, as well as prospecting and closing new business. Currently, they are serving as the President of TFC - USA since 1992, a Veteran Owned Collection Agency where he, along with other military veterans, collects past due and problem receivables.

Howard Seares attended Pace University from 1962 to 1966, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time at Pace University, Howard focused their studies on Biology, History, and Economics.
