Jared Olfers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in managing client and partner relationships, global operations, and product services. As the Head of Client and Partner Relationships at Text-Em-All since May 2019, Jared focuses on enhancing client interactions on a platform for large-scale messaging. Previously, at Markit, Jared held multiple roles, including Managing Director - Global Head of Solutions Product Services, where management of over 200 personnel across five locations facilitated significant revenue and operational efficiencies. Additionally, Jared pioneered a center of excellence to streamline services, contributing to over $300M in revenues. Earlier experience includes executive roles at JPMC FCS, where Jared developed a profitable SaaS service offering, and managerial positions at Accenture and Price Waterhouse Coopers, emphasizing process improvements in technology implementations. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
