Cristina Jandîc is a seasoned governance professional with extensive experience in various roles related to corporate governance and international relations. Currently serving as a Member of the Women's Chartered Governance Association (WCGA), Company Secretary at London & Partners, and a Board Member at Coin Street, Cristina has previously held significant positions such as Governance Manager and Company Secretary at Newlon Housing Trust and Governance Officer at Sovereign Housing Association. Additionally, Cristina's diplomatic experience includes serving as Consul at the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova to the UK and contributing to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration. Academia includes a Master’s of Law in Corporate Governance and Law from the University of Portsmouth, as well as two Master's degrees in International Transactions and Economic Diplomacy and a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from the Academy of Economic Studies of the Republic of Moldova.
