Marshell Joe Silva is an experienced academic and business professional currently serving as a Professor of Management at Texas A&M University - Central Texas since May 2013. Silva has also held various leadership roles, including Business Owner of Bunkers Paintball Fields from August 2016 to March 2017 and President and General Manager of the Bell County Raiders Organization, a semi-professional football entity, from December 2015 to March 2017. Additionally, Silva was the Owner of Cedar Creek Ranch Event Center from June 2011 to May 2016, offering a picturesque venue for events. Prior academic positions include serving as a Professor of Business Management at Central Texas College from August 2001 to September 2011.
