Samuel Devyver has held a variety of roles in the business world since 2002. Their career began with a Marketing Internship at L'Oreal, followed by a Corporate Sales Internship at The Leading Hotels of the World. In 2003, they joined Bloomberg as a Business Development Manager, first in France and then in Israel and Emerging Markets. In 2008, they co-founded Skilto, a skilled people community. In 2010, they co-founded PromoCity, which was successfully acquired by Outspot in 2012. Samuel then worked as a Project Manager for Emakina from 2010 to 2014. In 2014, they became the General Manager of Jamendo, and in 2016 they co-founded Upcall. In 2021, they became a Venture Partner at Pioneer Fund and in 2020 they co-founded EasyLlama, where they currently serve as the CEO.
Samuel Devyver attended Y Combinator in 2017, where they completed the W17 program. From 2012 to 2013, they attended Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and obtained a Dirigeant & Développement degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Samuel also attended Regent's University London from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a BA HONS in International Business & Management. Additionally, they hold an IELTS certification.
