Kate Bierman has had a successful career in marketing and customer engagement. At TDS Health, Kate currently serves as the Senior Director of Customer Engagement, where Kate is responsible for managing a team that builds relationships with customers, increases product awareness, hosts training sessions, and markets resources to users. Prior to their current role, Kate served as the Marketing Director, overseeing all marketing communications and inter-departmental communications. With experience in sales, insurance, and advertising, Kate has demonstrated proficiency in various aspects of marketing and customer relations.
