Sharon Joy is a highly skilled program manager and deputy general manager of the PMO at Anunta Tech, where since January 2017, leadership of the Project Management team has involved overseeing virtualization-based EUC solutions for DaaS and VMware clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery in line with industry best practices. Prior experience includes roles as project manager and major incident manager, demonstrating expertise in cross-functional collaboration and incident resolution. Sharon also worked at HCL Technologies and Sutherland Global Service Limited in major incident management and consultancy roles, focusing on service improvement and effective problem resolution. Educational background includes dual Bachelor of Technology degrees in Information Technology and Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from VIT Vellore Institute of Technology.
