Marco Pochettino has been with Tessitura Monti Spa since January 1996, currently serving as the HR Director. Prior to that, he worked at Tencara (Gruppo Montedison) as Responsabile del personale from January 1989 to June 1995, and at Edison SpA (Gruppo Montedison) as an HR Assistant from June 1986 to January 1989. He holds a degree in law from Università degli Studi di Milano, obtained between 1977 and 1983.
