Sandy Neugebauer is a seasoned CAD/BIM Specialist and Project Manager at Tessiers Inc, where Sandy has been employed since November 2005. Prior to this role, Sandy worked at Toshiba America Information Systems from 1990 to 2005 as a QCC Facilitator and achieved the status of Black Belt in Six Sigma. Sandy holds a Bachelor's degree from Dakota State University, completed between 1975 and 1980.
