Samuel Harrison has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Samuel started in 1999 as a Real-time VR developer at the Centre for Industrial and Medical Informatics (CIMI). In 2001, they became a Senior VR Developer at The VR Centre, Teesside University, until 2004. During this time, they also worked as a Workshop Leader for Film Making at BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art. In 2004, they worked as a 3D Creative Freelancer before becoming the Owner/Managing Director of Animmersion Ltd from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2012, they served as an Advisory Board Member at DigitalCity Business. Samuel subsequently became the Managing Director of Animmersion UK Ltd in 2006 and the Director of PSAEON Ltd in 2010, where they remain in both positions.
Samuel Harrison attended Teesside University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a BA (hons) in Creative Visualization.
