Gene L. has worked in various roles since 2003. Gene's first job was as a Senior Software Engineer at SunGard, which they held from 2003 to 2006. In 2006, they took on a role as Senior Software Architect and Lead at Global Service Resources, while also becoming CTO and Partner at FoodJiva. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as Management and Software Development at Cooking.com. Finally, from 2011 to 2016, they held the role of Engineering and Publisher Ops at Nativo Inc. In 2016, they founded TESLARATI.

Gene L. received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Rutgers University.
