Daniel A. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Tesla since November 2022, Daniel's prior positions include Principal Attorney at Munck Wilson Mandala LLP and Trial Attorney at the Texas Attorney General's Office, where responsibilities encompassed criminal and civil appeals, government regulation, constitutional disputes, and employment law. Earlier experience includes several roles as Assistant District Attorney in both felony and misdemeanor divisions, along with appellate work. Daniel also served as an Assistant Law Clerk in the Federal Judiciary. Daniel holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Texas School of Law and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in History from Rice University.
