Shraddha Mishra currently serves as the Vice President of Legal Affairs at Peak Power Inc., a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Shraddha held significant legal positions at Northland Power Inc. as Head of Legal for Efficient Natural Gas and Utilities and Senior Legal Counsel. At BMO Financial Group, Shraddha served as Director and Senior Legal Counsel. Experience at Google included roles as Senior Program Manager and Program Manager within Google Cloud. Earlier, legal expertise was applied at RBC as Legal Counsel in Capital Markets and Commercial Banking, coupled with a brief consultancy at the Inter-American Development Bank. Shraddha commenced a professional journey interning at UNHCR. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.
