Siraj Ayoub is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing engineering and program management. Currently serving as the Global Director of Manufacturing Engineering at HOYA Surgical Optics since November 2023, Siraj previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Terumo BCT starting in May 2017. Siraj's career began at Faurecia, where significant roles included Engineering and Maintenance Manager and Global Program Manufacturing Leader, focusing on the successful launch and industrialization of production systems across various global locations. Siraj holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, both from Wayne State University.
