Claudia Weathermon has over 35 years of work experience in various roles related to community engagement, communication, marketing, and media. Claudia is currently working as the Director of Community Engagement and Communication at Terry Reilly Health Services since June 2021. Prior to this, Claudia worked as a Marketing & Communications Sr. Specialist at Saint Alphonsus from July 2019 to June 2021. Claudia also has experience as a Media/Communications Consultant and Co-owner at Jon Carson Consulting from 1997 to 2020. Additionally, Claudia has worked in communications, marketing, and recruiting at St. Luke's - Elks Rehab System from September 2008 to September 2012. Claudia has also served as a News Anchor/Reporter at KHQ-TV in 2006 and as a News Anchor/News Director at Fox 12 Television from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they worked as a News Anchor/Executive Producer at KIVI-TV from 1985 to 2000.

Claudia Weathermon has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Boise State University. Prior to pursuing their bachelor's degree, they attended Ontario High School. Additionally, Claudia obtained an Associate's degree in Communication and Journalism from Treasure Valley Community College.
