Alexis Guerrieri has extensive experience in recruitment, currently serving as Recruitment Lead at UPMC since March 2020, where responsibilities include conducting employment screenings, advising management on employment policies, and facilitating applicant tracking systems. Previously, Alexis worked as an HR Recruiter at AVI Foodsystems, focusing on staffing needs, recruiting candidates, and maintaining communication between applicants and hiring managers.
