Sumeet Kulkarni is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing HR operations across multiple countries. Currently serving as the Global Head of HR Ops & Admin at TerraPay since February 2022, Sumeet oversees HR operations, payroll, travel, and administrative functions for 31 countries while handling appraisals, budget exercises, statutory compliance, and HRMS implementation. Previously, Sumeet held managerial roles at Export Trading Group and Great West Global, focusing on employee life cycle management, performance management, and talent acquisition. Sumeet also has a strong background in global payroll and benefits from tenure at Cerner Healthcare Solutions and Convergys. Sumeet holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Sri Balaji University and has completed an Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
