Babur R. Mian is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently, Babur serves as the Founder, President, and CEO of Terra Constructs since September 2013 and also holds positions as a member of the Industry Advisory Executive Board at the Virginia Tech Myers-Lawson School of Construction, President of the Virginia Transportation DBE Association, and Board Member of the Maryland Transportation Builders & Materials Association. Babur's previous roles include CEO of Mian Adam and Associates, COO at Borton-Lawson, COO and EVP at Geocomp Corporation, and Vice President at Wilbur Smith Associates. Babur holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech as well, complemented by a brief educational stint at The Wharton School.
