Florian Choisy has over two decades of experience in the engineering and training sectors, currently serving as Responsable d'affaires business line Conseil et formation at MASER ENGINEERING since August 2011. In this role, Florian oversees the development of training activities, including skills mapping and the creation of training pathways. Previous positions at MASER ENGINEERING involved business development in aerospace, project management for training initiatives with major clients such as AIRBUS and SAFRAN, and the deployment of electrical compliance processes across multiple AIRBUS sites in France. Prior roles at AAA Assistance Aéronautique & Aérospatiale included developing an internal training division and serving as a trainer. Florian's early career includes experience as a Technicien bureau des méthodes at Airbus, where responsibilities included industrial drawing using CATIA V5 and managing planning activities. Florian holds a DUT in Génie Mécanique et Productique from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
