Shelby Turner has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Senior Associate at Tential Solutions. Shelby previously worked at CDM Media as both a Senior Relationship Manager and a Relationship Manager, where they built networks of C-level executives and organized Digital Summits. Before that, they worked at IQPC Exchange as a Delegate Acquisition Executive, where they collaborated with Fortune 1000 company executives to join their Exchanges. Shelby also had an internship at IQPC Exchange, where their research supported delegate acquisition and database building. Earlier in their career, Shelby worked as a Student Coordinator at the University of Tampa, overseeing student-run organizations and organizing numerous events.

Shelby Turner obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business and Marketing with a Certificate in German from the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business. Shelby attended the university from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including MEAN Stack and MongoDB: Development Techniques, Outlook Essential Training (Microsoft 365), Agile Requirements Foundations, Discovering Your Strengths, How to Set Goals When Everything Feels Like a Priority, Diversity Recruiting, and Inbound Sales Certification from HubSpot Academy.
