Harry Shields has a diverse range of work experiences in various industries. Harry started their career as an Aircraft Mechanic at British Airways, where they learned practical skills in aircraft repair and maintenance. Harry then worked as a Personal Trainer at R8 FITNESS LIMITED, gaining experience in coaching techniques for individuals with different abilities. Harry also had a role as a Sales and Engineer at Harold Engineering Ltd, where they focused on customer satisfaction and quality of work. Additionally, Harry worked as a Painter at G4 Lets, completing time-pressured redecoration projects in student properties. Prior to that, they worked as a Decorator, managing budgets and expenses for larger-scale redecoration work. Currently, they are a Customer Success Associate at Symphony. In a previous role as a Technical Support Intern at the same company, they focused on improving workflow and efficiency for the team. Overall, Harry has demonstrated adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic throughout their career.

Harry Shields completed their education at Loughborough University from 2018 to 2021, where they obtained a degree in Information Management and Business. Prior to that, they attended Hurstpierpoint College from 2007 to 2018. During their time at Hurstpierpoint College, Harry studied Mathematics, Business, Physical Education, and also obtained the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ). Additionally, in March 2023, they obtained certification as a Symphony Certified Associate Developer from Symphony.
