Kenya M. Swilling has work experience as a Technical Recruiter at Tential Solutions starting in 2023. In this role, Kenya focuses on UX/UI design, product management, and software engineering. Prior to this, Kenya was a full-time immersive student in the User Experience (UX) Design program at General Assembly from May to July 2022. Kenya also worked as a freelance UX researcher during this time, gaining experience in user-centered research and design methods, design thinking skills, team collaboration, and client relations.

Kenya M. Swilling holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Risk Management and Insurance from St. John's University. They also obtained additional certifications in "Recruiting Foundations" and "Technical Recruiting" from LinkedIn in January 2023.
