Bailey Phonsnasinh has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in various roles. Starting in 2006 at the Herald-Citizen Newspapers in customer service and publication production, Bailey later transitioned to roles such as Copy Editor at the Tennessee Tech Oracle, Reporter and Section Editor at the Herald-Citizen Newspaper, and Marketing Support Services Tech at the City of Cookeville Department of Leisure Services. Eventually, Bailey moved to Tennessee Technological University, where they served as a Writer, Social Media Coordinator, and currently as the Director of Brand Communications in the Office of Communications & Marketing. Throughout their career, Bailey has demonstrated skills in content creation, communication, and marketing across different platforms.

Bailey Phonsnasinh earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications/ Public Relations from Tennessee Technological University in 2010. Bailey furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Science in Digital Marketing from East Tennessee State University in 2022.
