Matt Baldwin is an accomplished mechanical engineer with extensive experience in program management and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Tennant Company, Matt has held various engineering roles within the company since January 2016. Prior to this, Matt gained valuable experience as a Product Development Intern at Ford Motor Company and as a Design Engineer Co-op Student at HUSCO International. Matt began the engineering journey with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, graduating in December 2015, and has a solid foundation in supporting engineering functions gained through internships and co-op positions at Advanced Design Concepts and other organizations.
