Willie Smith is an experienced professional in engineering and product development, currently serving as an Advanced Product Development Engineer at TenCate Protective Fabrics US since August 2018, where prior roles included Product Development Engineer and Quality Assurance Engineer. At Scent Evidence K9, from February 2017 to January 2020, Willie led a team in innovative packaging design and business strategy development while engineering Scentinole 77. Experience as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Danfoss Turbocor involved the creation of integrated business plans and operational tools. Earlier roles at Coloney Bell Engineering and Florida State University provided foundational skills in office support and leadership as an Intramural Referee. Willie holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Materials Engineering from Florida State University and is pursuing an MBA at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
