Cheryl Kaufman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits management, training, and business education. Currently serving as the Compensation & Benefits Manager at Ten Thousand Villages since May 2012, Cheryl previously held positions as Store Support Training & Project Manager at Auntie Anne's, Inc. from September 2006 to October 2011, and as Associate Professor of Business at Goshen College from July 1996 to July 2005. Cheryl's earlier career includes the role of Vice President & Director of Research at Fairmont from June 1991 to June 1996. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Goshen College and an MBA from Villanova University.
