Iris Gomez has a diverse work experience in various companies. Iris started their career in 2003 as an Auxiliar at Pronosticos para la Asistencia Publica. Iris then worked as an Analyst Nómina at Hipotecaria Su Casita from 2007 to 2010, and later took on the role of Coordinator until 2012. In 2013, Iris joined Pfizer as an HR Generalist. Iris worked there for a year before transitioning to Up Sí Vale, where they held several roles including Subgerente Administración de Personal, Gerente de Compensaciones y Administración del Personal, Subdirectora de Compensaciones y Administración al Personal, and Directora Adjunta de Compensaciones y Beneficios. Currently, Iris is working as the Head of People at Up Sí Vale.
