Lance Speer possesses extensive experience in operations management within the energy and utility sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Tempest Energy, LLC and Vice President of Operations at Tempest Utility Consulting, LLC, Lance has a strong background in field operations. Prior to these roles, Lance contributed to Cleco for over 14 years as Manager of Distribution Reliability and Maintenance. Additionally, Lance began a career in engineering as a Civil Engineer at DIS-TRAN Steel, LLC. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana Tech University, earned between 2002 and 2008.
