Parisha Dalmia holds an MBA from the International Management Institute and a Bachelor of Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Dalmia currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at TELUS since December 2020. Previously, Dalmia spent eight years at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, where significant roles included Manager of CRM 2.0, Deputy Manager for Business Process & Training, and Assistant Manager for Customer Experience. Contributions included the integration of digital strategies to enhance customer retention, the establishment of a new retail channel, and process improvements leading to industry-leading customer satisfaction ratings. Early career experience includes an internship at Maruti Suzuki and a position as Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services.
