Kevin Whitmore is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Chief Engineering and Operations Officer and Founder at FastBridge Fiber since May 2022. Prior to this role, Kevin held various leadership positions, including Director of OSP Engineering/GIS at Ting Internet and Director of OSP Construction/Engineering at Windstream. At Level 3 Communications, Kevin managed a team of construction and procurement professionals, fostering strong relationships across multiple business units. Kevin also served as Director of Outside Plant Engineering at tw telecom, overseeing the Corporate Outside Plant Department, and held previous roles that involved negotiation and management of infrastructure acquisitions and oversight of construction projects.
