Jeffery Gram is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Treasurer and previously as Assistant Treasurer at KeHE Distributors since 2017, where responsibilities include cash management, liquidity planning, risk management, and corporate finance. Prior to KeHE Distributors, Jeffery held the position of Senior Manager at Tellabs, overseeing M&A opportunities, managing deal execution, conducting extensive financial modeling, and leading due diligence efforts on acquisitions ranging from $50 million to over $1 billion. Jeffery holds an MBA from the University of Toronto, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder from the CFA Institute, and has a degree in Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
