Tubagus Uliarto is an experienced professional in the telecommunications and civil engineering sectors, currently serving as Manager of Enterprise Service Quality and Experience Management at Telkomsel since February 2013, with a progression through various managerial roles within the company. Prior to this, Tubagus held the position of Procurement Manager at PT. Dayamitra Telekomunikasi (Mitratel) from November 2010 to February 2013 and worked at Telkomsel in procurement and project management roles from August 2003 to November 2010. Initially, Tubagus gained experience as a Civil Engineer Support for Marketing and Site Civil Engineer at PT Aquanur Sinergindo between January 2001 and July 2003, contributing to significant projects for Exxon Mobil. Tubagus earned a degree in Civil Engineering (S1) from Universitas Pelita Harapan, following attendance at SMA Taruna Nusantara with a focus on biology.
