Andrés Max has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Andrés founded Ideaware Co in 2010, where they served as the Founder & CEO. Ideaware is now a team accelerator with over 70 team members. In 2014, Andrés also founded Taskware, an innovative task & delegation app for teams. Andrés worked as a User Experience Designer for Mashable from 2010 to 2012, where they helped revamp their website and launch new mobile apps and products. Prior to that, Andrés held various positions at Koombea, Inc and ZemoGA, Inc as CTO, Development Director, and Web/UI Developer. Andrés started their career at Alfares as a Software Developer in 2006.

Andrés Max attended the Universidad del Norte from 1999 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Software Engineering. Andrés'sfield of study included IT, Software, and Web. In 2010, they earned the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
