Nevena Lukovic (Petkovic) is an experienced professional in customer implementation and services, currently serving as a Customer Implementation Manager at Telesign since June 2022, where integration processes for diverse customers are developed and executed. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Services Supervisor at NCR Corporation from April 2018 to June 2022, overseeing a remote support center, enhancing team performance through metrics analysis, and managing customer onboarding processes. Nevena has held multiple positions within NCR, including Customer Services Team Lead and Critical Account Specialist.
