Letitia Watson has over two decades of experience in operations and project management within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President Operations at Teleperformance since July 2016, Letitia has held various leadership roles including Vice President Operations and Director Of Operations. Prior to this, Letitia worked at Sprint from October 2002 to July 2016, where roles included Program/Project Manager and Customer Service Supervisor. Letitia holds a Bachelor's degree in Professional Communications from Florida State University, earned between 2015 and 2018, and an Associate of Arts in Communications with a focus on Public Relations & Advertising from Gulf Coast State College, completed in 2015.
