Jessica Keenan currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Teleperformance, a role undertaken since August 2021. Prior to this position, Jessica held the title of Senior Director at Alorica from July 2017 to August 2021, contributing to the company's mission of enhancing lives through effective interactions. Jessica's extensive experience also includes serving as Area Vice President at Conduent, where responsibilities involved managing diversified business process services from June 2015 to July 2017. Additionally, Jessica was the Human Capital Managing Director at Automatic HR Services from March 2007 to March 2015, leading strategic business planning in a national consulting firm. Earlier roles included Senior Human Resources Leader at Cox Communications, Senior Regional Human Resources Manager at PacifiCare Health Systems, and Operations Manager at Bank of America. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, completed in 1996.
