Ronwell Harawa has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ronwell started their career in 2009 as a Research Intern at the University of Malawi - College of Medicine. Ronwell then moved on to work as an ICT Lecturer and College Principal at Nyasa Training Center (NGO) from January to November 2010. Later in 2010, they joined Airtel Malawi Limited as an Associate Customer Support and Platinum Advisor until August 2014.

In 2014, Ronwell worked as a School Librarian, Sports Teacher, and ICT Assistant at South End International Schools for a brief period. Ronwell then joined Kalibu Academy International Schools in 2015 as a Teacher of ICT - IGCSE. Here, they taught according to the prescribed syllabus, assessed students, and maintained discipline. After leaving Kalibu Academy in July 2016, Ronwell had a short-term role as a Teacher of ICT - IGCSE at Mount Sinai International School in November 2016.

From 2017 to 2021, Ronwell worked at Telekom Networks Malawi Limited, starting as an Official ESOC Service Desk and later transitioning into the role of Support Engineer. In these positions, they provided support to enterprise customers, resolved incidents and service requests, and implemented technical solutions.

In 2019, Ronwell briefly worked as a Communications Consultant at Blantyre Arts Festival. In 2021, they returned to Telekom Networks Malawi Limited as a Revenue Assurance Analyst. Here, they monitored revenue leakages, performed reconciliations, and reported on revenue anomalies.

Ronwell's most recent work experience includes being a Digital Analyst at Mighty Mukuru Wanderers FC starting in March 2022 and a Senior Web Developer and Digital Analyst at Digi Wise Malawi from October 2013 onwards.

Ronwell Harawa obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Science from Mzuzu University in 2009. In 2014, they received a General Certificate in Intellectual Property Laws from the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO). Ronwell went on to pursue a Master's of Business Administration from Bharati Vidyapeeth, specializing in Information Technology Management and Marketing Management, which they completed between 2020 and 2022.

Additionally, Ronwell has obtained several certifications throughout their educational journey. In 2014, they became a Certified Google Webmaster. In the same year, they also earned a Diploma in Web Design from Alison. In 2020, they obtained a certification in IT Help Desk Professional from Udemy. Ronwell expanded their expertise in IT by completing various courses, including IT Security, Operating Systems, System Administration, Technical Support Fundamentals, and Computer Networking, all offered by Coursera in 2021. Ronwell further deepened their knowledge in Product Management Fundamentals through the Institute of Product Leadership in 2020. Lastly, in 2023, they obtained a Certified Apprentice Revenue Assurance (CARA) Telekom Risks certification from GRAPA.
