Patti is a seasoned professional who drives the early childhood and family support services strategy for the organization. With more than 20 years of experience as a home visitor, family advocate, program manager, and senior leader, Patti uses her expertise in program operations and leadership to identify innovative ways to improve program services and outcomes for young families.
Patti holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Marywood University; a Master of Science degree in Child Development from the Erikson Institute in Chicago, Illinois; and post graduate certifications in Project Management and Executive Management Development from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago. She completed the Head Start Management Fellows program at UCLA’s John E. Anderson School of Management in 2006. Patti has served on multiple advisory groups and Boards of Directors at the local, state, and national level.
