Kamalanathan Dorairaj has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Kamalanathan began their career in 2005 as a Siebel Consultant at HP, where they designed and delivered a 5 million 'Data Archive Project' for a leading document management client in Ohio, USA. In 2007, they joined Accenture as a Senior Siebel Consultant, where they were responsible for deploying repository migration, reference data and products and maintaining it in more than 25 Siebel Server environments. Kamalanathan also worked as a Siebel EAI Developer, creating web services, integration objects/components, data maps, EAI workflows, VBC, EBC, and Java Business Service. In 2008, they moved to Mastek Ltd as a Siebel Architect. In 2009, they joined IBM Global Services as a CRM Architect, where they led the complete Siebel Enterprise Infrastructure with sizing, capacity planning, building and supporting of 185 servers. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at LeapFrog as a CRM Architect, leading the CRM Strategy for the client. Since 2013, they have been working at StubHub as an SRE, where they are a Subject Matter Expert in Splunk and the monitoring aspects of IT. Kamalanathan is also responsible for building and supporting a multi-site clustered Splunk architecture, and using Splunk ES to build and maintain creative solutions to security problems. In 2021, they joined TekStream Solutions as a Senior Splunk Consultant.

Kamalanathan Dorairaj has obtained a MBA in Technology Management from Anna University and a B.E from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering.
